evening at the Firkin pub at 7-8 Chalk Farm Road,Camden, plays METALWORKS.They play rockcovers and the band includes ex-members of Alice Cooper,Judas Priest etc.And its free to get in!! :-)

Anyone who has trouble finding it, the place is now called the 'Caernarfon Castle', just past the bridge. I've been, and it's best to get there around 6.30, cos it gets really packed. The band have guest performers, and play all night. They do a couple of sets.

Also for Sunday nights, The Arts Theatre Rock Club, Frith Street, Soho. Playing classic rock all night from 10.30 till late (very late!). Beware its very small and gets packed too, after the Fox empties out.

The new band of Jezz,of 80's glamband Pleasure Victims (who also had a stint as a new Lords of the New Church singer)Is playing at the above mentioned Caernation Castle on Fri 14-May.Supposed to be good!
